All Races 1000 meters, International masters age groups apply. All quads, fours and eights to be coxed, no minimum weight for coxswains, all coxswains to wear approved lifejackets.

Medals awarded to first crews in each age group in each race (including divisions). races may be run in divisions if numbers exceed lanes. Extra age groups provided as required in any event where + placed extra age groups in five year intervals.
Novice quads/fours, open to any rower who has not competed in any rowing race prior to 06 June 07. (A person who has raced a sweep oared boat prior to this date can not row as a novice sculler and the same applies in reverse.)
Novice Single*. Open to any age, any rowing experience, Must Not have previously raced a single EVER! Novice single competitors may not race any other single race at this regatta.
Mixed Quads/ Fours, On Sunday entries for these boats will only be accepted in men’s races. Sorry no women’s medals or trophies will be presented to mixed crews.
Composite crews are not only welcome, they are encouraged! Please if you have a vacancy for a certain age rower or looking for a seat in a particular boat e-mail in and your request will be forwarded.
